The Festool 575306 Kapex Sliding Compound Miter Saw KS 120 REB is a ten-inch blade saw with great design. It has a distance of 14 3/4” from the face of the fence to the back of the unit, a bed height of 4 ¼”, and a base width of 16” by 24”. It doesn't come with a dust bag, just a vacuum port. It's made in Germany and it is the newest version. The saw is quite expensive but worth it in terms of accuracy, smoothness, and finish quality. The Festool Kapex didn't impress one reviewer who compared it to a Makita saw. However, others are very happy with their purchase and have found the Kapex the best miter saw for their needs. The dust collection is one of the main areas that some customers have concerns about.
