A chiller unit can be installed after the pump to chill the soda water, but it cannot be installed before the carbonator, or the soda water will go flat. The water source can come from a reverse osmosis system, but it needs a storage tank between the filter and carbonator. Leakage from the check valve tube is abnormal and requires replacement. Users cannot buy the product with all the conversion tools, as plumbing may differ from case to case. Unfortunately, there is no post-carbonator inline chiller that can take pressure without being an ice-system. Overall, the product is functional and works as expected.
