Answer: A pre-amp basically just boosts the volume/signal from the instrument. It can be played through really any sized amp. Any amp will work, but recommend an “acoustic amp” (one specifically designed for acoustic instruments). The acoustic amp will generally create a more natural sound and have less chance of feeding back than an electric guitar amp will. -

Answer: No, it does not come with a case. -

Does this come with the battery?
Answer: Ours had a battery, but we had to replaced it since the original one was “death”. -
