The significant problem with this product is that installing the adapters to the stroller base can be challenging, time-Consuming, and frustrating, especially for an average person without proper instructions. Unfortunately, the instruction manual is in picture format and is not clear enough. Even the Youtube videos are not helpful enough. While it's easy to install the adapters once you know how to do it, you could spend hours cursing the design and instructions initially, as many reviewers have reported. One reviewer described the product as "useless" and noted that the Babyzen newborn pack is a better option than this bassinet. Despite these limitations, this product has received positive reviews from some users who find it perfect.
