The product is a hassle for many buyers because of the confusing, poor instructions that could be of no use to people who are unfamiliar with the product. However, a few buyers claim they did not encounter any challenges with the unit as it was easy to connect and only took a few minutes. The product has fallen apart for some before they could even assemble it properly. Also, the Solid State Relay installed with thermal grease failed on the first use. One buyer had to replace with another brand which has worked flawlessly to date. The casing is about 1.5 inches longer than most used units. The product is cheaper than most PID controllers but does not have an autotune function. It only shows readings in Celsius. Many buyers advise potential customers to avoid it if they do not understand PID controllers.
