It has a mouse that projects onto the screen to help with selections, which is a unique and helpful feature. However, the remote control is not intuitive, and there is no fast forward or rewind buttons. Customer service is prompt and helpful when called for assistance. The built-in speakers sound is adequate, but if you want thundering sound for gaming, you might need to get a soundbar. Some customers have reported issues with long term use, such as lines going through the screen or distorted image after less than two years of use. One customer reported that an LG update rendered the TV unable to accept user agreements and no apps would work; customer service dismissed their complaints.
