Despite positive feedback, one customer was disappointed as the product was previously opened, looked used, and was received it in a re-taped box that had damaged faceplate and missing latch pieces. Moreover, after plugging the unit on the first day, it was dead by Monday. Another disappointed customer reported that the unit was too heavy compared to the manufacturer's specification and hence difficult to lift. Finally, it is worth noting that the MB1500 has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
