The Viair 91022 2.0 Gallon Tank is a sturdy, well-built product that is great for low-pressure use. The tank comes with six 1/4" NPT ports, with two ports at each end, and one on both the top and bottom. It is important to note that the tank only comes with mounting hardware, no fittings. If you need fittings, you will have to purchase them separately according to your needs. The tank can be mounted on the frame rail, but it will depend on the size of your vehicle. Some customers have mounted it under the truck bed, in front of the spare tire, on a Chevrolet 2500HD short bed. While the tank is great for low-pressure use, it may not be sufficient for an impact wrench unless your compressor is capable of keeping the tank filled to around 120 PSI very rapidly and your impact wrench has a CFM requirement below 90 PSI to make it effective. The Viair 91022 2.0 Gallon Tank is a versatile product that can adapt to a wide range of different fittings and hoses. It is perfect for those with low-pressure needs, and the adaptability of the tank makes it highly functional.
