Answer: Yes it will, but that would limit your storage quite a bit and drive up your cost significantly. While you can get 10,12,14, 16TB SATA drives, SAS drives are much smaller and more expensive. Configured with 12 x SATA drives this unit can saturate a 10GB or 25GB Ethernet connection with no problem.
