The LG 115V Dual Inverter Portable Air Conditioner with Wi-Fi Control in White is a great portable air-conditioner that has many features that make it stand out. The smooth gliding caster wheels are durable and easy rolling, while there is a drain plug centered near the bottom of the unit and connected to a 2-pint water tank. The included vent panels store in a slot built into the back of the unit, which is a huge improvement over other models. The exhaust hose points vertically from the back of the unit, making it more convenient, and the dual-inverter compressor makes it much quieter than other models. The smartphone/tablet app monitoring & control system allows for remote control of the unit from anywhere in the world. However, the remote control is sensitive to direction, the app is slightly quirky, and the device requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network with WPA/WPA2 security. Overall, this AC unit is great, and the smart accessory storage, low noise level, smartphone monitoring & control make it a winner for anyone looking for a portable AC unit.
