It is used as a bulking agent and is equal to the amount of naturally occurring fructose found in a wedge of fresh lemon. The FDA considers it to be an unsweetened product with 0 calories and 0g carbs. -
Question:
On this web page, one of the ingredients listed is soy. What is listed on the package?
Answer: The older formula of True Orange contains soy, but they have recently released a soy-free version that should be available soon. The soy is used during their crystallization process. Consuming 700 packets of the current True Orange would equal 1 gram of soy. -

Answer: The lemon and lime flavors are natural, but the sweetness from stevia may not be preferred by everyone. True Citrus does not make a sugar-only version of their mixes. -
