Will my led headlight wire fit through hole? or do i have to cut and re soder? i have. a headlight already
Answer: I had to make a pig tail to put through the hole and plug it in inside the housing. The plug did not fit through the hole. -
Question:
Daymaker headlight didn’t seem to tighten in this bucket. Any suggestions to keep the light from vibrating?
Answer: The problem is that there is no bulb gasket provided with the bucket (at least mine didn't come with one). Just tightening the ring enough to hold will put too much uneven pressure on the bulb. I was able to find a thin flat silicone band to fit in the lock ring and hold the bulb. Wish I could tell you where to find one, but I found this one in my junk bin...no clue as to what it was originally for. -
Question:
Does this include lens? Is it clear or diffused?
Answer: No lens, and the ring is mounted to the bucket without the light so it bounces around in shipping and scratches the bucket. I ordered two and both were too scratched up to use. If you plan on painting it then it doesn't matter. -

Does this have the same mounting points as a 2000 honda shadow 600 headlight housing?

My headlight housing did not come with hardware (bolt and not w/washer) like most did here in reviews. I plan to pair with Memphis shades
Answer: Only hardware mine came with was the screw and nut for the light housing bezel clamp .. So 1 small screw and a washer and 1 small nut for the front bezel that holds the light in . hope this helps I used the bolts from my original headlight housing I had to add 2 washers 1 on each side because the new housing was a litre bit wider than original -
Question:
Will this fit on a cross bones sringer front forks?
Answer: Everything fits if you weld! Is it the bracket size you're asking about? If it's placement between springs then no. It would have to moved out front away from them. I can measure bracket if needed, I didn't use mine.
