Answer: You can try calling customer service, but it is unlikely that they will help. The sink I ordered arrived only with the huge basket strainer (SBT-1?), so I had to buy the ST-1 separately. -

I just need the removable strainer w/ gasket that fits st-1 basket. Can it be purchased separately?
Answer: I am pretty sure you can, but I didn’t get one because I have a garbage disposal and wasn’t sure it would fit. -

Answer: Yes, it fits typical kitchen sink drains. Be aware that this is a decorative cover that allows draining, not a plug cover. -

Answer: Yes, it is compatible with InSinkErator or any other type of drain of that standard size. It not only makes it look better, but it deadens the noise of the disposal and dishwasher when running.

It is compatible with InSinkErator or any other type of drain of that standard size and it is a perfect finishing touch for Kraus sinks. However, it is not a plug cover but a strainer. The strainer can separate from the basket and the stem can break off.
