One customer did not recommend it and compared it unfavorably to the Kester solder brand. Overall, customers found the product to be not so useful for other than electronic soldering purposes. It's small diameter makes it quite difficult to work with anything other than small electronics and some had to apply a little bit of extra flux to get it to flow properly. For electronic soldering, however, the quality of the solder was quite good, producing solid welds. **
