SHERWOOD SCUBA Diving Lights ST2800 Editorial Review
The Sherwood Scuba ST2800 Lumen Aluminum Flashlight has garnered a mixed but overall positive reception from users. Customers highlight the impressive brightness and power of the flashlight, noting that it performs exceptionally well in various conditions. One user praised its advanced features, such as the USB-C rechargeable battery that can be charged without removing it, reducing the risk of battery corrosion due to water exposure. This functionality is particularly appreciated by those who have taken the light into challenging environments like underwater settings in locations such as Roatan, Honduras. However, the product's customer service has received criticism. While many customers rave about the flashlight itself, there have been multiple complaints regarding the absence of a promised neoprene harness. Users experienced frustrating interactions with the seller when they sought assistance, leading some to feel dissatisfied despite their satisfaction with the flashlight's performance. This has led to a divide among reviews, where some customers prioritize the product's features over customer service, while others are quick to judge based on their support experience. In summary, while the Sherwood Scuba ST2800 Lumen Aluminum Flashlight is widely recognized for its brightness, durability, and clever charging design, it faces challenges with customer service that have impacted its overall reception. **
