    Answer: Mine came separate and it is removable.

    Answer: The product of size: X-Large 27" is with a drawstring mesh liner inside, which is removable, machine washable, breathable, and helps to keep away from dirt. And the 22" pro rolling laundry basket and 22" slim one are with drawstring mesh cover.
