Answer: According to the label in the pictures of the product it does not contain that chemical. -

Why is there Sodium Benzoate in the fragrance free version?
Answer: I don't know 'why' but I find the fragrance free to be much more fragrant than the regular version (maybe honey is just that fragrant?) -

This is the first time i ordered it. it is milky , not clear. the picture and video shows clear liquid. is it supposed to be milky?
Answer: Yes he original is milky and calming lotion is clear liquid. Original is better then calming. -

Answer: I don't have a bottle in front of me so I am not sure but honestly I would email Burt's Bees directly. They have fantastic customer service in my opinion and should be able to answer that question for you easily (that is if they print a date on it.) -

Answer: Burt's Bees does not test its products on animals nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf. -

The scent of this is described as 'fresh,' 'clean,' or 'honey like.' i hate the standard baby-powder smell. is it anything even remotely like that?
Answer: It’s definitely more honey-like, doesn’t smell like baby powder at all. -

There is no expiration date mentioned on the bottle, how are we supposed to find out !!!?
Answer: It’s not food so there’s no expiration date. -

The product is milky, and the calming lotion is a clear liquid. The product does not have an expiration date, and it is made in the USA. The Leaping Bunny seal on the packaging indicates that Burt's Bees does not test its products on animals. The customers had mixed experiences with the product. While some were happy with the product's ability to clean gently, moisturize, and have no scent, others found the formula changed and contained alcohol.
