The phone case seems to have received negative reviews from a majority of its customers. Many complained about the flimsy nature of the case which resulted in cracks and breakage within just a few weeks of use. The thumbprint sensor also seemed to malfunction when the case was on. The case didn't allow clients to register their fingerprints making it impossible to use features such as unlocking the phone. Customers also reported that the front panel cracked all the way through without any significant damage. This phone case does not seem to provide much protection and is not ideal for clumsy phone users.
