Several customers report that the product worked perfectly in their 2021 Mazda CX5 and that the navigation system was able to get up to date maps. Some customers found the product to be an excellent purchase, saving them over $300 from the dealer cost. One customer was pleased with the sign recognition feature of the GPS. Some customers faced issues while registering and updating the card through the Mazda Toolbox app. There was some confusion on how to insert the card initially, but most customers eventually figured it out. While some customers preferred using Android Auto for directions, others found the product handy when requiring only the map and not wanting their phone connected to the car all the time. One customer mentioned that the Mazda app does not recognize the card, and updating the database was impossible as a result.
