The 360 Earpiece is a wireless earpiece available in three different models - Original, Flexo, and Dynamic. While the original model features an armature speaker, the Flexo has a dynamic cone speaker that delivers a full sound of crystal-clear communications. The Dynamic Cone Speaker is more cost-effective than an Armature Speaker and produces slightly more bass. The connector is a standard right-angle connector and is not threaded. The earpiece is comfortable and comes with several replacements in the little case it comes with. The customer experience with this product is mixed. Some customers claimed that this is the best earpiece they have used so far, while some customers mentioned that it is not suitable for law enforcement use. The comfort of the earpiece is exceptional, but the durability seems to be an issue for some customers. The wires and plastic tube sheath have received small holes in some cases, rendering the earpiece useless. Some customers also reported that the earpiece broke in less than 6 weeks. With normal use, one should not expect to spend this kind of money monthly for a new earpiece. However, customer service has been lacking in some cases relating to replacement or repair. The sound quality is excellent for some customers, but some experienced static before radio transmission, and others heard unintelligible sounds emitting from the speaker.
