The cleaner also has an issue with collecting debris, and some have had trouble with it getting stuck on the drain or steps. Some received a dirty or refurbished product. However, the advantages are that it is very powerful and does a great job on all pool surfaces including walls and stairs, and it is a lot of pool cleaner for the money.
