The Guide Gear Silvercliff II Men's Waterproof Boots are insulated, making them great for cold temperatures and snowy weather. However, the insulation is not removable. Some customers complained that the zipper is difficult to zip up and won't stay zipped, especially when the boots are too tight. Other customers have no issues with the zipper, and believe that a good fit is key to keeping the zipper up. The sizing seems accurate, but some customers prefer to order half a size larger to wear thick socks. Some customers also wish that the ankle area had more padding or that the boot was a couple of inches higher on the leg. The boots come in some wide widths but not in all sizes.
