However, many customers have expressed disappointment with the product's performance. Some customers have encountered difficulty getting the pulleys to lock when a pot is suspended from it, rendering the product useless. Other customers have noted that the pulleys are not sturdy enough to support larger hanging baskets, and they twist in the wind, causing the cords to weaken and break. Several customers have also had issues getting the product to work Consistently. Despite the negative feedback, some customers have found the product useful for lighter plants, and appreciate the convenience of being able to lower and raise plants easily for watering and maintenance.
