Is there a way to lock the window cleaner so that it does not swivel?
Answer: No but my windows are very high to its tilted at an angle where it doesn’t swiv. -

Does this attach to a threaded pole or a ‘click & connect’ pole?
Answer: All the Unger poles have threads on them, but this item works best with the Connect & Clean pole with the black buttons on the cone tip (the cone will still have some threads as well). The spped clean will lock into place on the black button. -

I need a 2-foot handle or something about that long for this. It did not come with one wondering if I can buy one that will work?

Answer: When you purchase the SpeedClean handle one pad comes as part of the set. This is normally priced about $11.97. The replacement pads come 2 in a pack at $8.97. The prices are the same as the orange box store. -
