The Coolaroo Aurora Pergola is a great addition to any backyard or outdoor space. The pergola is made of solid materials and has a thick woven mesh canopy that provides shade without trapping water. The canopy is retractable and has a screw lock to keep it in place. The product is rust-resistant, but not rust-proof, and the soft material can be switched out if needed. Assembly can be challenging as some of the holes might not line up perfectly. However, once assembled, the pergola looks great and is solid. It does not move in the wind and can be moved by two people to a preferred location. The product is not waterproof, but if a storm comes with strong winds, the canopy can be pulled in with ease. If stored properly, the pergola can last a long time.
