The HP laptop is a high-quality product that performs very fast. It comes loaded with Microsoft Word and other Office 365 apps. However, there seems to be some confusion about whether the software comes for free or as a free trial that will be billed later. In terms of design, the keyboard is not well thought out. While the backlighting is a nice touch, it makes it hard to see the keys unless you are directly over it. Also, the silver keys with blue letters are not really visible in bright light. Overall, the HP laptop is an excellent product that is worth buying if you're looking for a fast laptop with a pre-installed Microsoft Office package.
