Answer: The base coat keeps it from staining your nails and creates a smoother application, it also helps keep the color on longer for bare nails. On dip, if you go straight in with color, you may have to use more coats and a top coat for a smooth finish. -

How do I remove this polish?
Answer: Gently buff and file the nail surface to remove the top coat. Apply enough nail gel remover to cotton balls/pads and place them on your nails. Cover your nails with nail clips or wrap them with aluminum foil, wait for 10-15 minutes. Remove cotton and clips/foils, use an orange stick/cuticle pusher and scrape off the polish. Clean nails and apply hand cream/cuticle oil if necessary. Please note that incorrect removal process will cause damage to your natural nails. Do not peel off straightly by hand.
