The LX-LIGHT DOT Smoke X Shape LED Tail Lights Brake Light Turn Signal LED Rear Lights License Plate Lights with EMC Compatible with Jeep Wrangler CJ YJ TJ can definitely give your Jeep a more modern look. However, the installation process is not as simple as plug and play. Customers commented that users need to cut the factory light plug off of your original tail lights and graft it on to the wire pigtails of these new LED lights. You also need to drill out the 3 holes that have captured nuts for the stock tail lights to a bigger hole size since these have studs that pass through and a nut goes on the back side to secure them. Customers overall loved the look of these lights and mentioned that the running and brake lights are noticeably brighter than stock. Reverse lights are really bright.
