The PIZZELLO Outdoor Pizza Oven is a 4 in 1 wood-fired oven that comes with a pizza stone, pizza peel, cover, and cooking grill grate. Assembly was easy and fast. However, this oven comes without any safety instructions on how to use it. The type of fuels recommended are charcoal or pellets, but it is hard to keep a good supply of pellets to cook with, same problem as wood. The dimensions of the firepit are about 12in by 12in, and the depth into the pit is about 6in. It is essential to place the oven on a suitable surface and not a plastic table. Depending on the thickness, pizzas cooked in this oven may take around 15 minutes, and the oven can get the stone up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit, which is a significant improvement over Ooni 12. However, there is a significant drawback; the oven doesn't have a door, making it challenging to regulate the temperature. Also, while the stone may reach 800 degrees, the top of the oven just above is barely 200 at the same time, which results in pizza with unevenly cooked toppings.
