The Dritz 9406B Non-Roll Woven Elastic is a sturdy elastic that is perfect for waistbands or other projects that require a non-roll feature. It is available in black and is 3/4 inch wide by 18 yards long. One user found it too wide for ankle areas, but perfect for waistbands. Another user found it stiff and sturdy, with a strong snap back, but not very stretchy. They do not recommend using it against the skin, but it could be used outside clothing. One user cut it lengthwise into three pieces without unraveling, but pieces came off if the edge was picked at. The elastic is waterproof, making it perfect for waistbands in bathing suits. However, it is not recommended for making garter belts or scrunchies as it is too stiff and bulky.
