Answer: They are made of hard wood (not porous) so I think they would be fine. I wiped mine with oil first to bring out the grain and they seem Ok after a few washings. -

Answer: Yes they are all 25mm. These are great addition to projects. -

Answer: They are fairly flat but the outer edges are rounded and ever so slightly curve up...nice product.
