The Inkstar Journeyman Rotary Tattoo Kit is a decent starter kit for beginners, however, it has a few flaws. The power supply included in the kit has issues with voltage regulation, jumping from 4v to 18.5v without any in-between settings. Some of the components, such as the Whip rotaries, are plastic copies from China but still functional. The kit comes with stainless steel tips, but there were quality issues with one of them. The gloves were also loose in the box, which is not very sanitary. Overall, it's a satisfactory kit for practice tattoos, but not recommended for professional use.
