senville Editorial Review
This Senville heat pump is a great unit when it is finally up and running. However, installation can take a very long time and has caused some issues due to the need for a professional vacuuming of the lines. It is suggested that HVAC companies will either refuse to do the service or try to charge a high price. It is recommended to use Nylog on the fittings on the refrigerant piping to help with the installation process. Customers have commented on the quietness of the compressor with the Senville unit being totally silent. The outdoor unit is not included and must be purchased separately along with all the necessary equipment to evacuate and measure line set. The insulation wrap provided is not very useful, and covers and better tape should be purchased to improve the installation. Positive notes are made about the ability to cool large spaces quickly and the efficient heating feature. The overall value and efficiency of the unit is generally very good.
