Memphis RCDRCA RCA Output for Polaris Ride Command

The customer experience with this product appears to be largely negative, primarily due to compatibility issues with various sound systems, particularly with Polaris and Boss audio units. Users have reported that the plugs do not fit as expected, often requiring modifications that lead to unsatisfactory performance. Complaints include a faint signal and high-pitched noise when connected to compatible units, indicating that even when physical connection is achieved, audio quality remains poor. Many reviewers expressed frustration over the lack of proper fit for the Ride Command system, with specific mentions of the Memphis Audio RCDRCA pigtail being incompatible with the necessary preamp outputs. The recurring theme among reviews is that customers feel misled by the product's compatibility claims, leading to wasted time and effort in trying to achieve functional sound. Overall, the reception of this product highlights significant shortcomings in usability and sound quality, suggesting that potential customers should be cautious about its claimed compatibility with their audio systems. **
