It features raised edges on three sides that keep liquids from spilling onto your countertop. It is double-sided with one side having raised bumps for better grip on the food you are cutting. This cutting board is dishwasher safe and easy to clean with detergent and a scrubber. It is made out of a hard plastic material that is BPA-free. Overall, customers find this cutting board to be a great addition to their kitchen. It is sturdy, easy to clean, and keeps countertops free of moisture. The raised edges are useful and the slanted surface is great for carving roasts. Customers also appreciate the flip side that holds larger items that might roll. However, some customers complain that after only one day of use, the board becomes heavily marked up with cut lines from knives.
