Answer: Yes, I believe it would... you'll have to un-screw the two thumb screw Brakes that keep the flange ring from spinning in the cast ring, then, un-screw the two Phillips head screws keepers that keep the flange ring from coming out completely. -

Answer: Not really sure. I bought mine because I made my own out of supplies you can buy on the cheap.....Works very good.
