Nutritionist's Take
June Tailor Savvy Starch is not a food product but rather a starch-based spray primarily used for fabric stiffening and crafting applications. It is important to clarify that nutritionists do not analyze non-food products in a nutritional context. However, this product does not provide direct nutritional benefits as it is not intended for consumption. Its ingredients mainly include modified starch and water, which are safe for fabric use, but not for dietary purposes. Potential drawbacks might include the lack of transparency in ingredient sourcing or chemical components which could cause allergic reactions for sensitive individuals. For consumers looking for healthier dietary options, incorporating food-grade starches from natural sources is advisable. Thus, June Tailor Savvy Starch is considered safe for its intended use, but it is not applicable or beneficial within a nutritional framework.
June Tailor Starch & Anti-static Sprays JT-445 Editorial Review
The June Tailor Savvy Starch has garnered attention from customers primarily for its effectiveness and performance, particularly in the quilting community. Users Consistently praise its ability to eliminate wrinkles without leaving behind the dreaded white residue that some other starch products are known for. Many reviewers have noted a marked improvement in the quality of their quilting projects, with seams looking sharper and more defined when using this product. Following a comparison with Best Press, a widely recognized brand in the fabric starch market, customers have expressed that while they find June Tailor Savvy Starch superior in terms of its application and finish, it is slightly higher in price. Despite mentioning the cost factor, many are willing to pay the extra amount due to the product's impressive performance. However, some users recommend purchasing multiple bottles, especially when working on larger projects such as twin-sized quilts, as a single bottle may not suffice. Customers have also highlighted the lack of scent and dripping during application, making it a convenient option for quilters who appreciate a hassle-free experience. While some individuals yearn for a product that provides a more pronounced stiffness akin to traditional starch, the absence of any unpleasant odor and the effective removal of wrinkles have solidified this product's positive reception. In summary, June Tailor Savvy Starch stands out in the quilting market for its effective wrinkle removal, opacity of application, and minimal residue while proving a bit pricier than alternative options. It's recommended for quilters looking for quality results without compromising on cleanliness and ease of use. **
