The Schwinn 29-in. Axum DP Men's Mountain Bike is a great bike for its price according to users. The bike comes heavily framed, and its stock part needs some upgrades to make it trail-ready. Nonetheless, the bike has an excellent gear ratio that allows users to ascend hills with ease, and the dropper post is worth every penny for mountain biking. It has a beautiful frame and large wheels that let users roll over obstacles like roots and downed trees easily. Upgrading the pedals, brakes, grips, seat, and adding water bottle holders is recommended to make it ready for the trails. The bike is easy to customize, and users of varying heights can enjoy it. The stock brakes work well, and it comes with a decent paint job. The company provided excellent packaging, making assembly quick, and everything worked well out of the box. It is a head-turner, fast, light, smooth, and can handle softballs sized stones. However, the front fork's weight is heavy and lacks shock absorption, and the pedals are slippery.
