What is the dimension across the flat edges? Will these fit into a 7/16 slot of the Powertec t-track?
Answer: 0.4375 is 7/16 in. The slight difference of 0.436 should not cause slipping when tightened with a bolt. -

What size is the outer diameter of the shaft of this nut?
Answer: It mics to .320, suitable for fitting into a 3/8" opening in a steel flange. -

What is the height of these items?
Answer: They are about 3/8" in height. The flat plate is on the backside of the board and can be shortened with a hacksaw if needed. -

Does the round sleeve stick up above the top surface of the t-slots?
Answer: Yes, the round sleeves do stick up. However, tightening the bolt will bring the flat side up to securely lock your jig or tool in the slot. -
