The DKG-117 is a highly advanced and efficient microprocessor-controlled synchroscope, designed to ensure precise monitoring and synchronization of two independent power networks. With its sleek DIN72 front panel package and user-friendly interface, this control panel is the perfect solution for manual genset synchronization applications. Featuring a 3-digit digital display, the DKG-117 allows you to effortlessly monitor voltage and frequency levels of both networks, as well as the instantaneous phase angle between them.
The 24 LED circular synchroscope display provides a visual representation of the phase angle, ensuring accurate synchronization. To enable synchronization checking, simply connect the SYNCH CHECK ENABLE signal input or depress the front panel SYNCH pushbutton. The DKG-117 is programmed to verify various conditions during four consecutive busbar cycles, including busbar voltage, genset phase voltage, busbar-genset frequency difference, busbar-genset voltage difference, and busbar-genset phase angle. If all these conditions are met for four consecutive cycles, the CHECK SYNCH relay will be instantly energized. For added flexibility, the DKG-117 offers digitally adjustable threshold levels and timers.
All adjustments can be made directly through the front panel using the conveniently located pushbuttons. There's no need for any external units or complex programming. In addition to its outstanding functionality, the DKG-117 is also built with reliability and durability in mind.
