Do these run true to size?
Answer: I found them to be very true to size and super comfortable. Good support and stability. -

Are they lightweight?
Answer: I normally wear Brooks sneakers for Pickleball but decided to try the Sketchers. I love them. They are lightweight and was so happy to see basic white. -

Does the insole come out?
Answer: The insole does not come out. I was able to lift the sides but there was resistance so it is probably glued.
