Answer: Thank you for your question. There is a size chart available on the listing pictures. It is recommended to order the MEDIUM if the circumference around the joint is between 27-37 cm and the X-LARGE for a circumference of 46-54cm. Please take the measurements about 5 cms above the knee. If your measurements fall outside the ranges listed above, you can still benefit from the FlexiCryo sleeve by holding it against the injury like with traditional ice packs but you will not be able to benefit from the 360° cooling effect.
