Answer: I have no idea, but it's not a particularly good remote. The buttons need to be pressed and re-pressed to move channels on the guide rather than just holding down to scroll. -

Answer: You can't enter your own code, however, some buttons will work with other makes. It's just trial and error. -

Answer: On your remote, go over to the left-hand side at the top, you’ll see the letters cc just underneath an off button. This will turn off subtitles. -
